We believe nerds are the future! We aim to make nerd culture more accessible to everyone while retaining the depth nerds love. We do this by creating games and solutions that are nerdy and fun for everyone, by building intuitive and accessible systems, and by working with clients to bring games, experiences and apps to a wider, evolving audience.
Random Dragon started as a study group of who became friends but above all realized that they were effective co-workers. Over the last couple of years we have evolved into a games studio that with collaborations all over denmark, working as expert aid on other game projects, developing extensive assets and creating our own games.
At heart we are a bunch of nerds, we host board game nights, play video games together and cultivate an inclusive community where geekyness, creativity and cooperation is encouraged and rewarded.
Located in the innovation driven development community IdeasLab in Aarhus, Denmark and with roots in the game focused incubator GameHub Denmark, we have unique opportunity to innovate and collaborate with talented people from different fields of digital experiences to create new and inventive products

- "Best project of the year, Dania Games Grenaa, about Custom Quest" - Grenaa Denmark, 27 January, 2017
I have had the pleasure of working closely with the Random Dragon Games team since they were top-of-their class students a couple of years ago. Since graduating, they have worked hard to develop their company as part of the game incubator Im heading. Random Dragon Games is in this relation the kind of team its a pleasure to work with! Hard working, ambitious, technically gifted, and with way higher flair than average for the business side of running a game company. In the past it has been my pleasure to recommend Random Dragon Games to other developers who were looking for skilled programmers to assist them in their productions. I know that they deliver quality work, always. On time.
I therefore give my highest recommendations to external studios who are considering collaboration with Random Dragon Games.
- Mikkel Fledelius Jensen, Managing Director, Game Hub Denmark, GameHub Denmark
I have known Random Dragon Games since they graduated from Game Hub Denmark, as Ive mentored the team for almost 1.5 years.
The team has grown with rapid speed - to a stable and humble team, that understand that a solid business case and understanding your market is core in order to create successful games.
The team have shown the ability to fight for their ideas, taking in work to help they bootstrap to next milestone. The team understand that a deadlines is meant to be respected, a budget to be realistic, and a client or product to be met with the ability to communicate your vision down to the last detail.
They understand that success takes the ability to think ahead, to use failure to educate themselves as they build their company, and least but not last trust in each other. Only once before have I experienced a team that connect, communicate and are as open to one another as Random Dragon Games. And thats the secret sauce - the team is absolutely unique.
